Ephesians 6:10-14 tells us to put on the whole armor of God to stand against evil in our world. Inclusive language suggests that we affirm sinful activities. We must take a stand on morals. We have declared open war on Satan. You don’t have to guess where we’re coming from. Wearing a swastika to a meeting of veterans would be foolish. Identifying with sinners in the Church is just as foolish. If you think you’ve been hurt by the church, it may not be the church’s fault. We have declared war on sin; not the sinner. A ski mask is the wrong uniform to wear in a bank. It is pure stupidity to dress up as a deer and go traipsing through the woods during deer season. Identification with sin marks you. You may encounter what appears to be hostility wearing the uniform of our sworn enemy in the camp of Christians. ==================================

Chronicles 7:14
The above scripture verse deals with a people; not a person. One person cannot activate the positive outcome for renewal / revival. it does, in fact, take a village, a group, a body of believers, the body of Christ, the church.
We, the church, called by Christ's name, must as a whole encourage one another to, "humble themselves and pray and seek his face and turn from their wicked ways," then God will hear them from heaven and will forgive their sin and revive their congregations.
Yes, it can start with one person, but we must employ the domino theory that a certain result (domino effect) will follow a certain cause like a row of upright dominos falling if the first is pushed; specifically, the notion that if a nation becomes committed to Christ and his word (principles) that others nearby will also.
Give those in your sphere of influence a love nudge. You can start the domino effect by your own attitude, actions, and enthusiasm.
